Best beers, great service & board games!

this place is tucked away at the end of the block so you can miss it if your not paying attention. Nice place lots of 80's,90's decorations like Marios bros, Pac-man, Simpson's, and plenty of table games. they also have a small patio but the best part of this place hands down is the beer. Lots of great city brewery selections. owner is a great guy humble and food is also really good.

Really great constantly rotating selection of beer. Staff is friendly and accommodating, great selection of board games to play, and a respectable food menu to nibble off of. One thing I don't really care for is the addition of the Golden tee game... Bright screen is irritating and it takes away from the atmosphere. Say hi to the fishies! They like company.

Low key place in Addison, I can personally didn’t know about. friendly staff, great selection of beer, tasty food. I was there on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn’t as packed as I would have expected but I’ll definitely be back.

Pretty Chill bar. Has a few games. The beers they serve are all microbrews and local beers, which gives this place a unique flavor. They also have a few food options.

Best low key place around the area for good beer and even better food and snacks. Service is great. They have smooth music playing, board games and Interesting views. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Really cool place with a great vibe. Smaller but not crowded, easy to get a drink. They have a good selection of board games and easy drinking tables with chairs to sit down and actually play them. Good volume level for conversation and gaming since it isn't overrun with people. They have "beer floats" (beer ice cream inside your beer) but unfortunately when we went they were out of ice cream. Deffinitely going back soon to try. Beer prices $6-$8 or so range for most. Rotating menu however so not sure if that price range changes much or not.

Great place to come and relax with friends.Very extensive selection of craft beers on tap, plus board and card games to play and have fun evening.Food was actually really good for pub fare, and staff showed good knowledge of the different craft beers on tap.

Our favorite spot to grab a craft beer. The bartenders are super knowledgeable. The atmosphere is super chill and lots of fun. They also have some good apps and pizza options if you're hungry.

Great bar to just hang out with friends. Huge draft beer selection, and a chill bartender who will always point you in the right direction for your tastes.

I love this place. Great little craft beer bar, always an interesting mix of local, regional and imported beer. Served in the correct glass by a friendly bartender. No TVs, just some good music in the background. Nice ambiance for some fun and conversation. Small plates are quite tasty and reasonably priced.

Nice little dive bar good food

The staff here were so cool. We brought a couple bottles the other night to trade with friends and we ended up opening a few. The staff gave us extra glasses for pours and had no problems with us taking up some extra space. We had the spicy pizza, very tasty. Overall great experience, would highly recommend.

Cool, laid back atmosphere with super friendly staff.Tons of free board games to grab off a shelf and play with your friends. This destination has a lot of good beer to choose from and some wine as well, but no liquor.Also has open mic and live music on certain days.

Right next to Mario's Deli, which has GREAT subs! Mama mia baby!

Great little dive bar w/vg beer

This is a great little place. My husband and I love to stop in before heading to the movies. They have a wonderful selection of craft beer and the staff is very friendly. They had some hot apps that are perfect for a quick snack. There is a goat cheese thing that is delicious. You should really stop in if you are a fan of good beer.

Good beer. Some apps. They overcharged our bill on the company CC and when we inquired they stated, "Oh that happens".

Great food and amazing tap/can/bottle beer options. It's a nice cozy place that's right off the beaten path. Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this hidden gem.

They definitely targeted on women auditory cause more than a half draft beers are less than 5.5%. They dont serve food until 4pm, so forget about lunch. SHAMELESS. The beer I like they sell 5 times more expensive than in my local restaurant. One star for environment

Great beer, great wine, great staff, great vibe. When the chef is in, theres some very good, unique pub food, flatbread pizza in particular. Go earlier in the evening and chat it up with the bartenders. They really know their beer.

Kind of a small bar with food. I brought my family but the kids were kind of out of place. They did have some board games for the kids. They had a decent selection but it would've been better if they had more on tap. The food was decent. We had a pretzel and a couple of pizzas.

Love love love this place. Great selection. Owner-operated. Great service. Simply awesome. All beer is reasonably priced, except the Miller Lite: that costs $1,000. I don't think they're going for the macro brew crowd!

Love this place! I always have a great time hanging out here with my friends. Bigby's has nice ambiance and comfortable seating. Great staff working here. Tons of beer options and the food is pretty good, too. They even had a jalapeno beer that was pretty awesome. They don't have a big food menu, but I enjoy the flat breads ($9) and pizzas (about $12). The 2 soft pretzels ($7) with 2 dipping sauces is a solid choice, too. Good drinking food.

Decided to try Bigby’s because after 3 visits my friend and I weren’t happy with shoeless joe’s. I’m glad we did. The bartender was awesome. Friendly, engaging, good conversations. They don’t have food there but they are connected to Mario’s deli and so you’re allowed to bring in food from there. My friend and I split a prosciutto and provolone sub which was delicious. The beer was at the proper temperature and they had a decent selection of specialty beers. The place was small, but quit and charming. My friend and I will be coming back.

Always love coming here for a quick drink. Constant rotating tap keeps the beers interesting. Always get a good chuckle when someone comes in expecting hard liquor/mixed drinks. Bartenders are chill and very attentive.

Nice selection of beer, they really work hard to make sure you find a beer you enjoy and always make you feel welcome. The food is tasty as well, but the kitchen has limited hours.

Love this place. Great local craft beers on draft and knowledgeable staff. Live music and trivia nights too. My only contention is the price of the food. The apps don't give you very much for what you're paying. Would love too see the portion size increase or the price decrease. Otherwise Bigbys is a great local gem.

Great place friendly atmosphere. Food is good. They only serve craft beer so if liquor or common beer is your only liking you won't enjoy the bar but if trying new beers and being in a comfortable environment is your thing I highly recommend bigby's

One of the best bars I have ever been to. Atmosphere is very comfortable and the bartenders are down to earth. 1st choice for me.

Excellent draft beer options. Food is so-so, so just avoid that. Bartenders know their stuff and are happy to provide a sample if you’re unsure of a new beer. Relaxed post-work crowd full of suburban dads. All in all, a great place to relax with a draft after a long day.

Stepped out for a little unwind, within walking distance and found this place. It's a nice bar/ restaurant..Unfortunately for me isn't my first choice, because I prefer mixed drinks and they mainly serve beer.They have an array of beers from local breweries and the staff was very patient with me. If you are a condasore of beer, I'd definitely suggest this place.
